What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at University of South Carolina Aiken?
Under the general supervision of the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Compliance, provides data reporting and analysis of institutional data to support institutional decision-making. This position will work closely with IERC staff as well as a variety of internal stakeholders, including the Office of Student Success, Office of Academic Advising, and Enrollment Management. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred; familiarity with USC system databases is desirable.
