Head Women’s Basketball Coach, USCA Athletics
The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management, rules compliance and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master’s degree; Minimum five years of collegiate coaching experience. Experience in NCAA DI or DII and recruiting experience in southeast region. This is a 12.0 month full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Application Deadline: March 20, 2025. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply. USCA is an AA/EOE.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master’s degree. Minimum five years of collegiate coaching experience. Experience in NCAA DI or DII and recruiting experience in southeast region.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of sport rules and regulations as well as NCAA rules and regulations. Proven ability to recruit and retain student athletes. Demonstrated administrative skills in a university athletic setting. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Professional and personal integrity.
