Purchasing Manager (Procurement Manager I), Minimum Salary: $54,165 per year, USCA Campus Support Services
Directly reporting to the Executive Director of Campus Auxiliary & Support Services, the Purchasing Manager shall serve as the primary point person for all university procurement processes, insurance administration and will assist with departmental administrative support and campus scheduling through 25Live.Knowledge of legislation, regulations, State and University policies and procedures governing the procurement of goods and services. Familiarization with SC Consolidated Procurement Code. Ability to analyze and evaluate factors in the awarding of contracts. Ability to communicate effectively. Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC), CPPO or CPPB. NIGP- CPP is preferred. Application deadline: April 24, 2025. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
