Assist in the initial review of applicants using an established evaluation matrix and coordinates all aspects of interviews, including scheduling and facilitating virtual and in-person interviews for individuals and groups. Ensure all hiring actions are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Working with divisional and departmental leadership, completes data entry actions within human resource systems of record to assist with divisional staff position management, recruitment, and vacancy reporting. Follows internal and USC procedures while ensuring all personnel related actions are accurately moved through workflow processes. Ensures compliance with the divisional I9 process. Reviews data entry requests and output for errors to ensure correct personnel actions are routed for approval in a timely and accurate manner.
