Administrative Coordinator I, Minimum Salary: $41,258 per year, USCA Marketing & Communication
Under the general supervision of the Chief of Staff and Vice Chancellor of Marketing and Communication, the Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive support for the Chief of Staff and Vice Chancellor of Marketing and Communication and plays a key role in helping execute the university’s strategic marketing projects. Must possess excellent computer skills in word processing and database management. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and strong organization skills required. Must be able to travel occasionally and work evenings and weekend hours. Requires independent judgement but must be able to recognize the need for assistance in difficult situations. This position has autonomy in decision-making regarding the planning and execution of major University events. Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma or GED. Requires 2 or more years of job related experience. Preferred: A bachelor’s degree and three years of progressively responsible administrative experience, or equivalency, and experience in event planning. Application deadline: April 23, 2025.
