The Human Resources Manager will serve as the Human Resources Manager for the Department of Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior (HPEB) within the Arnold School of Public Health. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating human resources actions, onboarding, and hiring for all HPEB departmental hires, and coordinates faculty searches. Provides guidance to department faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students ensuring compliance with federal, state, and University policies and procedures.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree and 1 years of human resources experience or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Human Resources experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
