Provide strategic oversight to the success in implementation, evolution, and maintenance of the CMMS programmatic areas within Facilities Management and departments/branch locations.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with common software utilized by universities facilities department (AssetWorks, PeopleSoft, FAMIS, PowerBi, ESRI ArcGIS). Ability to write JAVA scripts and/or computer coding
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations. Manage work and provide guidance to employees. Ability to make presentations and prepare reports. Ability to resolve problems and communicate outcomes, able to interpret plans and interact with various levels of personnel. Ability to use technology, problem solve and utilize conscious decision making.
