Provides technical landscape and horticultural services for the campus mowing operations and campus landscape projects. Supports special events and other specialized activities.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 2 or more years of job related experience.

Skilled with landscape maintenance equipment. Employee must use initiative and be proactive in discharging duties.

Assist the Campus Mowing Supervisor with the daily mowing operations and maintenance of campus wide lawn and turf areas and assist with campus landscape seasonal projects. Operates mowers, tractors, excavating equipment, trenchers, skid steer, loaders and other construction equipment, edgers, string trimmers, blowers, vacuums, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, tillers and hand tools.

Inspects and reviews work to ensure that the grounds are properly maintained. Shares information, improvement initiatives and problems with the supervisor. Attends training and meetings.
