The University of Southern Maine's Office of the President is seeking an Office Administrator.

The Office Administrator reports to the Director of Administration and Planning in the Office of the
President of the University of Southern Maine. The Office Administrator provides direct project coordination and support for a variety of initiatives in the Office of the President writ large. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the President's Office while overseeing University projects as assigned by the President and or the Director of Administration and Planning.
This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary up to $60,000 located on our Portland Campus, with service to Gorham and Lewiston as necessary. This position may occasionally require evening and weekend responsibilities, due to the President's events and schedule.
