Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Solutions, this position will be responsible primarily for the deployment, maintenance, and support of ancillary applications and secondary support of the University's Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in business analysis and a proven record of accomplishment in delivering impactful solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Enterprise Applications System Support: provide first- or second-tier support for highly complex, non-academic Enterprise applications and processes.
- Implement New Technology: Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project scope.

- Conduct vendor risk assessments and present the results to ITS Leadership and University Executives.
- Assist functional users with the creation and execution of test scripts.
- Review and communicate downtime and release deployments for Enterprise applications.
- Document support procedures for standard incidents or service requests.
- Troubleshoot incidents and review service requests with functional users, engage vendor support, and provide root cause analysis when necessary.
- Review, assess, and document requests from functional users for additional technology.
- Conduct Change Control sessions related to enhancements to Enterprise applications.
- Perform other duties, as required, within the reasonable scope of ITS Business Analyst responsibility.
- Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures and backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Experience with higher education software solutions (e.g., Ellucian Banner, Workday, Jenzabar).
- Experience with higher education operations, including enrollment management and financial aid processes.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
