Job Summary | The Administrative Assistant I provides essential administrative support to faculty and students in the Jindal School of Management (JSOM). This position is responsible for managing tasks critical to the success of students, faculty, and staff, including administrative, financial, and budgetary support. The role includes maintaining tracking spreadsheets, reporting tools, and managing the operating budget for the Healthcare Management Area and the Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor's degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Remote Work Notice A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment. Use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required.
