Essential Functions
Lecturers are responsible for maintaining office hours for each course taught, grading, course preparation(s), to work under supervision of the chairperson in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.
Lecturers may teach up to four classes a semester at the undergraduate or graduate level, in their area of expertise including:
- IDS Science
- ECE
- EC-6 Certification (Math required)
- 4-8 Certification
- 7-12 Certification
- Reading Specialist
- Literacy Education
- Special Education
- Physical Education K-12
- Clinical Teaching Supervision in all Certification Areas: EC-6, 4-8, 7-12, Special Education, Bilingual Education, and Physical Education
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Teaching experience and qualifications comparable to those of faculty members in the untenured, tenure track positions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience teaching undergraduate courses.

- Valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) as applicable.
