Essential Functions
Job Summary
Assist in the coordination of services and programs that create an environment in which the student is offered individual attention.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for advising and problem-solving with Graduate students regarding registration, admissions, college procedures and any other needs as determined by assigned department(s).
- Maintains knowledge of current processes and procedures of financial aid and regulations for federal financial aid.
- Assists with application review, data entry, processing, and award determination.
- Maintains student records and documentation.
- Evaluates, calculates transcripts, and submits required reports for review.
- Acts as a liaison between students and other departments. Refers students to appropriate University offices.
- Participates in professional conferences and individual professional development.
- Takes a proactive approach to assist co-workers in various tasks, to ensure safety.
- Performs work tasks in a safe manner and in accordance with work instructions.
- Proactively makes recommendations to improve safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Demonstrated skills in oral communication or customer service.

Working Conditions
- Office environment.
