Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Residence Life located in Williamsburg, KY. The Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the residence life program, supervising staff, implementing student conduct policies, and managing higher education administration aspects related to student affairs.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Residence Life and Student Affairs
- Experience in Supervisory Skills
- Knowledge of Student Conduct policies
- Proficiency in Higher Education Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational setting
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
