We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at the University of Wisconsin Credit Union's Fish Hatchery branch.
About This Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Process financial transactions, manage cash, and perform various banking functions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and referral goals, promoting the credit union's products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge of financial products and services, ensuring expertise in bilingual banking operations.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with diverse member groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
