Work Schedule :

100% FTE, day/evening shift. Rotational start time ranging from 7:00AM – 8:30AM. 21 weekday and 5 weekend call shifts with 1-2 holidays required per year. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay : A competitive starting pay based on relevant work experience. This position also includes an evening differential. You may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking an Ultrasonographer to:

Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures, including pelvic, abdominal, small parts and routine vascular examinations and may perform more complex imaging.

Perform clinical examinations on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups.

Work at a variety of locations, including a Level 1 Trauma Center, critical care facility and several clinics in the Madison area.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

Previous healthcare experience Required

2 years of clinical experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) in a minimum of two concentrations: Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast or Pediatric Sonography or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Upon Hire Required

RVT credential, if not already acquired, or Minimum Qualifications Substitute (MQS) if in OBGYN department within 30 months Required

CPR certification within 3 months Required

Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations listed above and RVT Preferred
