Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :
- Provide daily support to the inpatient nursing department, including compliance validation, supply ordering, and new employee onboarding.
- Review payroll to ensure accuracy and policy compliance and prepare reports for Nurse Manager.
- Coordinate inpatient clinical staff schedules, both day-to-day maintenance and on-going postings. At UW Health, you will have :

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
