80% FTE, day / evening shift.
On-call responsibilities.
Weekend and holiday rotation.
This position is eligible for shift and weekend differentials.
Hours are based off the operational needs of the department.

- Provide hands-on acute care in the home setting for the Home-Based Hospital Care patient population requiring the use of advanced assessment, technical, teaching, and decision-making skills.
Other skills utilized may include : IV administration, lab draws, medication administrations, wound care, utilization of remote patient monitoring and video visit communication with the patient / family.
