Position Summary: | Directs the security and risk, custodial, grounds, recycling, repairs, maintenance, and utility services of facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the university and its employees, and monitors the Facilities Management budget and procurement. This is an internal search that will only consider current UW Oshkosh employees. |

Required: |
Bachelor's degree in related field or a combination of relevant education and significant and progressively responsible experience in Facilities Management A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial or supervisory leadership position in facilities management Experience in maintenance and care of complex facilities which may include property, custodial, grounds, building systems and risk and safety management Proficient in modern technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams), mobile devices, project management software, and maintenance scheduling software (TMA) Ability to work effectively with diverse constituents Commitment to the mission and goals of UW Oshkosh and UW System Administration |
Preferred: |
Division of Facilities Development and Department of Administration project experience Risk Management Certification Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and proven ability to appropriately use data to help guide decision making Demonstrated emergency management skills which may include certifications, education, fulltime work or a combination of all. |
