We are seeking a Strategic HR Director to provide visionary leadership and direction to our HR functions. This role will focus on driving business outcomes, building relationships, and fostering a positive work environment.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with institutional goals and objectives. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, and university regulations.
This position requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
