The Administrative plays a critical role in supporting the operations of the Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) department. Reporting directly to the Director of Professional and Continuing Education, this position is responsible for maintaining the department¿s budget and overseeing key functions, including program and event budgets, grant budgets, and procurement. Additionally, the specialist ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative support, coordinating HR-related activities, handling new hire and contract processes, and assisting with various program projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prepare various reports to support the division¿s strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor¿s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum three years of administrative and financial management experience.
- Experience managing department budget and grants
The ideal candidate will also have experience with Workday, CRM experience or similar technology platforms, and experience presenting to leadership and partners.

- Implements and executes established operational policies and procedures
- Schedule logistics and secure resources
- Contribute to the day-to-day unit operations
