The College of Integrated studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Rock County Campus seeks a Program Coordinator (Academic Program Specialist, AE010).
JOB DETAILS:
The academic program coordinator contributes to the development, implementation, administration, coordination, and evaluation for bachelor's degree completion programs and pathways in the College of Integrated studies to ensure effectiveness in meeting departmental and student development goals and initiatives.
The academic program coordinator reports directly to the Direct of Enrollment and Student Affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as a program coordinator of the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Program
- Coordinates with academic partners on program needs
- Assists with recruitment efforts
- Serves as advisor for BAAS students
- Liaise with technical college and business partners on program enhancements.
- Coordinates program components and evaluates program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Assists with onboarding students
- Coordinates with College of Education and Professional Studies certifying officer and Director of Clinical experiences for the K-9 Teaching Emphasis licensure requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of licensure requirements.
- Serve as a member of the Solution Center staff and will be cross trained on duties
- Assist with organization and serve as an advisor for Student Orientation and Registration days.
- In conjunction with the Director of Enrollment and Recruitment, assist with program coordination of other bachelor's level programs in the college.
- Participate in student welcome and other campus events
- Serve on college and university committees
- Carry out other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary up to $50,000 commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.
