- Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Student Affairs and Higher Education, or related field by employment start date.
- Minimum of four years, full-time experience in student affairs.
- Supervisory experience.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing student retention and academic success initiatives.
- Ability to manage student caseloads and care teams.
- Experience with Behavioral Intervention Teams, Title IX, and/or student accommodations.
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
University Housing at the University of Wisconsin-Stout is committed to working with students, colleagues, and families to provide secure and well-maintained communities that inspire discovery, reflection, and lifelong learning. We are an auxiliary operation which provides housing to approximately 3,000 students across nine residence halls. Living on campus is required through the second year of college with students residing in traditional and suite-style buildings within dedicated first-year experiences and living environments for students in their second year and beyond. Our programming model emphasizes personal interactions, life skill development, academic success, and cultural humility. Candidates who have working knowledge within or can contribute to these focus areas are encouraged to share more about these experiences.
