JOB TITLE:
Housing Landscape and Maintenance
JOB PURPOSE:
Summer position to provide lawn care, landscaping, and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mowing & Trimming
Watering; sprinkler repair
Grounds cleanup; painting
Minor maintenance around apartments
Use of Utility vehicles
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the
University Vehicle Use Policy

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous landscaping or lawn care experience, minor home repair maintenance
