Job Summary :
University Partners is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Content Specialist to join our team. This individual will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), Gracehill , and create engaging learning content, including e-learning courses, live trainings, and recorded videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, content creation, and video editing, with a strong preference for proficiency in Adobe Suite, Articulate, and video production tools. This role will require travel to various student housing communities to deliver on-site training and ensure consistent learning experiences across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- LMS Management :
Serve as the administrator for Gracehill, overseeing content uploads, user management, and system updates.
Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate and other tools.
Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for on-site employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
