What You’ll Be Doing
As an Activity Assistant, you will implement therapeutic activity and life enrichment programs for our residents. Your role includes supporting volunteers and leading holistic activity programs that align with our person-centered care philosophy, ensuring a high level of care and engagement.
About You
- Experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Knowledge in gerontology, dementia, physiology and anatomy, or recreation therapy is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, team-building, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems.
- Full-Time Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (hours may vary)
- Schedule Rotation: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off
- $18.00 - $21.49 per hour, depending on experience
