As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, the Director of Nursing will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare at University Retirement Community CCRC. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing Facility operations
- Associate degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Directing the day-to-day functioning of nursing practices
