The Director of Nursing is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you possess:
- A Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing Facility operations
- Associate degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
