Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system for kitchen preparation
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Process guest payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using a reservation system
- Experience with register operation
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ability to build positive guest relations through friendly and attentive service

This is not a tipped position. This position will provide someone with great fine dining experience in an awesome atmosphere. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
