ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM :
The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates : June 2 to August 8, 2025
Hours : Approximately 40 hours a week
Pay : 18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY :
The intern would be mirroring staff engineers with their daily technical support responsibilities.
There are several projects in the works that include researching technology replacements for aging production control rooms, graphics equipment and playout systems.
Take part in designs of remote productions and future state cloud productions. other daily responsibilities would include documenting work performed, and time allocated to each job ticket assigned.
There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.
YOU HAVE :
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technology related major
Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
Expected graduation of summer 2025 or winter 2025.
Programming and / or coding experience a plus.
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Bilingual (English / Spanish), preferred
Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and / or professional associations, preferred.
Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
