Production Operations at Televisa Univision is looking for a Technical Production Coordinator to join our team!
The Technical Production Coordinator role is to manage all technical needs of the control room and studios along with that of the production. This position is responsible for coordinating the communication of incoming live signals and troubleshooting technical issues as tier 1 support. The Technical Production Coordinator reports to the Senior Technical Operations Manager.
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
- Acquires and coordinates the routing of signals
- Handles technical issues that occur during a production
- Handles and coordinates the routing of control room sources
- Work with Engineering to program the control room's RTS panels/Adam depending on the production's needs
- Set records for our daily programming, recorded shows and interviews
- Draft SOPs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in television production or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems
- 5-10 years of experience in production programs in studio with Automation and Manual operations; or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
- 1-3 years of remote production experience

Knowledge and versatile in control room and studio equipment:
- Ross Overdrive and Vision switcher
- Ross CamBot Robotic Camera system with user interface and joystick panel
- Miranda router
- RTS Systems and AZEdit Adam software
- iNEWS Newsroom Computer System (NRCS)
