Mandatory Skills :
- Engineer with 10 yrs of experience in embedded Linux driver / kernel development.
- Strong C / C development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design.
- Hands-on knowledge of porting, development and customization of embedded Linux on x86 platform.
- Good understanding of Operating System concepts and x86 architecture
- Hands-on and deep knowledge of any one type 1 hypervisor such as Xen, QNX, KVM / Qemu.
- In depth knowledge of virtual driver development, such as VirtIO driver.
- Knowledge of X86 virtualization and IOMMU
- Linux experience in the areas of kernel / drivers / user space.
- Proficient in yocto development.
- Linux kernel and system level log analysis, System knowledge, System Debugging.
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills of the building blocks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication skills
