This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates: June 2 to August 8, 2025
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week
Pay: $18 an hour

Your Day To Day
- Research and identify audience growth opportunities across platforms.
- Define and execute strategies to support music strategies and/or content franchises.
- Identify project deliverables and hold teams accountable.
- Provide and support teams with timelines and creative deliverables.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between cross-functional teams (content, marketing, social, talent, data), keeping constant and open communication to ensure deadlines are met.
- Track, measure, and report on progress making sure data is accurate and delivered on time to help drive decision-making.
- Attend weekly meetings with content, digital, and marketing teams.
- There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred.
- Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
- Expected graduation of summer 2025 or winter 2025.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills, preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and project management skills.
- Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
- Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations, preferred.
- Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
