Univista Insurance is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the companys values and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with mail sorting, deliveries, and other office duties as needed.
  • Provide general support to office staff and management.
  • Other duties assigned.
  • High School diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
