What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Management System Supervisor (CMMS) - Manufacturing position at Unix Packaging?
- Create, update and evaluate predictive/preventive maintenance plans utilizing the computerized maintenance management system, inputting work orders, updating inventory and machinery in system database.
- Generates reporting of maintenance effectiveness through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Initiates and follows up on all part orders working directly with maintenance management team, vendors, and researching potential vendors for all tools, equipment, and parts suitable to the industrial environment.
- Maintaining parts and equipment inventory by ensuring a consistent and accurate inventory level of parts and tools are available providing for limited downtime due to equipment failures and maintenance.
- Scheduling purchases and deliveries, continuously following up on all orders by ensuring all receipts are entered into various enterprise resource planning systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.
- Maintains and updates physical inventory count reporting and is involved in physical inventory control functions including but not limited to cycle counting, month/quarter/year end inventories.
- Participate in and conduct inspections, audits, and other compliance related tasks. Prepare documentation detailing work, building process flows, and recording findings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
