In this role, you’ll help young children reach their developmental goals through an early intervention approach that’s both play-based and fun. Get ready to be part of a supportive team and enjoy the flexibility to design your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flexibility: Create your schedule, choose how far you want to travel, and work as many or as few hours as you’d like (minimum 15 hours per week).
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to provide the best care for the kids.
  • Client Communication: Work with families to track progress, give guidance, and support their child’s development at home.
  • Documentation: Keep track of progress, document sessions, and ensure that each child is meeting their goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Developmental Therapist: Experience working with toddlers, knowledge of child development, and a passion for early intervention.
  • Desire to Expand into the Medical Field: You’re ready to bring your skills into a more clinical setting and learn new things.
  • Passion for educating: You love helping children learn and grow and are dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Flexibility: You want the freedom to create your own schedule and dictate your travel distance for home health visits.
  • Team Player: You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Self-Motivated: You can manage your time, stay organized, and keep track of your clients and progress.
  • Certification: A certification as a Developmental Therapist is required, but don’t worry—we’ll help you obtain it for free and guide you through the training process! A bachelors degree or higher in a related field is required.

What You’ll Get

  • Pay: $40–45 per hour (because you deserve it!)
  • Flexibility: Work hours that fit your life and control your travel distance for home visits.
  • Paid Meetings: Get paid for your time spent in meetings and training.
  • Paid Training: We’ll provide ongoing training to help you grow in your new career.
  • Team Support: You’ll have the support of our close-knit team to guide you along the way.
