Are you a just starting your career or recent graduate and have a passion for making connections? We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team that wants to learn and grow. Someone willing to research and make high volume calls to prospective clients.

As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and revenue by effectively communicating our range of security solutions and services to potential clients over the phone and generating interest. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads via cold calling for our services offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to US based prospects to introduce and educate them about our services and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain and organize a large database of leads and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes, along with timely record logging in our CRM and ERP.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments to meet your weekly target via cold calling to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our company’s solutions to provide accurate information to prospects and effectively handle common objections.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a BDR or similar role, preferably in the security/IT services industry or college degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing in lieu of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and calm demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of electronic security systems, services, solutions, and technology trends is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and disciplined mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good command over sales CRM software.
