We are currently seeking a full-time CMM Programmer/Operator to support our expanding operations. This role entails programming and setting up CMM machines as well as utilizing various measurement tools to validate parts. Ideal candidates will have CMM programming experience with PC DMIS, the ability to interpret drawings, and familiarity with GD&T and basic measuring instruments. Responsibilities:
Experience in CMM programming with PC DMIS
Ability to import SolidWorks models
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Preparation and filing of inspection reports like First Article, In-Process, Final, and PPAP
Knowledgeable in GD&T and measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
Capable of performing mechanical and visual inspections; strong mathematical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; dexterity for handling small parts
