- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (HALF DAY FRIDAYS!)

ICA is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team! As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our machined products meet the highest standards of quality. You'll be programming CMMs and examining parts to ensure they align with blueprints and specifications. This position offers a chance to showcase your expertise while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Program and inspect machined parts using Zeiss CMM with Calypso software
- Perform first-piece set-ups and inspect in-process parts to ensure top-notch quality
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and meet production goals
- Work independently while managing priorities and multitasking effectively
- Communicate clearly with various teams and stakeholders, providing the highest level of customer service
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred completion of related trade school program)
- Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing inspection role (preferred 3 years) with experience in a job shop environment
- Skills:
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints
- Solid math skills, with a good understanding of GD&T
- Proficiency in CMM programming and Calypso software
- Knowledge of AS 9102 FAI requirements
- Ability to comprehend various industry specifications (Defense, Aerospace, Medical, and Commercial)
- Computer savvy with operational knowledge of technology tools
