The Impact U Will Make

  • You will report to our Head of Financial Services Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

What U Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to financial services clients.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the unique challenges it faces.
  • Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platform’s features, and communicate the impact effectively.

💲 Compensation Range: $309,000 - $341,000 OTE

Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges, including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE, employees may also be eligible to receive company equity in the form of stock options.

An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.
