Job Overview
A highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team and play a vital role in shaping the direction of our organization. This individual will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, enabling our executive team to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to distill intricate data landscapes into compelling stories, and effectively communicate key insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain data, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and mitigate risks.
• Empower the executive team by converting data gathering into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making.
• Conducting analysis across dashboards and reports, communicating insights in context with intent on a recurring basis, and improving data assets where applicable.
• Present key analyses to Supply Chain leadership and prepare impactful materials for critical meetings.
• Provide recommendations to optimize portfolio strategies and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant field
• 4 years experience leveraging data to optimize and improve Supply Chain operations
• Familiarity with warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and manufacturing operations
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A mindset of continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and implement new strategies.
• Experience with PowerBI, Oracle EBS and Logility is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
