A highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team and play a vital role in shaping the direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to distill intricate data landscapes into compelling stories, and effectively communicate key insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and mitigate risks.
- Empower the executive team by converting data gathering into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making.
- Conducting analysis across dashboards and reports, communicating insights in context with intent on a recurring basis, and improving data assets where applicable.
- Present key analyses to Supply Chain leadership and prepare impactful materials for critical meetings.
- Provide recommendations to optimize portfolio strategies and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant field
- 4 years experience leveraging data to optimize and improve Supply Chain operations
- Familiarity with warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and manufacturing operations
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and implement new strategies.
- Experience with PowerBI, Oracle EBS and Logility is a plus
