We are a rapidly growing company and we are looking for proactive, professional, and detail focused team members to join our unique brand. Position Details:
35-40 hours per week
Starting Rate: $18 per hour w/ overtime available
Location: Spring, TX
- Systems Management: Non-HR /Basic admin / Data Entry (scanning documents, labeling assets for inventory, calendar detail upkeep)
- Assist with project management and scheduling
- Assist in appointment set up for vendors
- Props and Supplies Order tracking / Making simple orders on Amazon, Instacart, ect.
- Assisting with correspondence across multiple accounts
- Special research projects as assigned
- Upkeep of facilities (printers, fridges, shelves for production deliveries)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
