This 6-month accelerated training program is designed to develop future business leaders who will drive the continued success of Unstoppable Insurance Services. As a Sales Management Trainee in Life Insurance Sales, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership skills, preparing you to oversee and inspire a team of in-house Life Insurance Sales Associates.

What You’ll Do:

● Earn Your Insurance License: We offer a discounted pathway to earning your 214 or 215 Florida Insurance License through our industry-leading training and professional licensure preparation program.

● Hands-On Sales Experience: Build credibility by performing the same life insurance sales tasks as the team you lead one day.

● Leadership Development: Participate in supervisor preparation curriculum, management forums, and development seminars to grow as a leader.

● Mentorship and Support: Receive one-on-one guidance from our experienced management and support team to accelerate your professional growth.

● Inspire and Lead: Work alongside, motivate, and coach associates while honing your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

● Current 214 or 215 Florida Licensed Insurance Agents or those willing to obtain licensure through our discounted program.

● Non-Licensed Candidates: Must have at least 2 years of call center and/or sales experience. Previous management experience is a plus!

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

● Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
