As a Working Student for Education Operations in UnternehmerTUM’s Manage and More Program and other education courses, you will be a linchpin in the implementation of our offerings in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, personal development and new leadership.

Your mission
As a Working Student for Education Operations in UnternehmerTUM’s Manage and More Program and other education courses, you will be a linchpin in the implementation of our offerings in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, personal development and new leadership.
Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within some of the following fields:
- Organization of educational formats and events (e.g., course and event management, location scouting, catering organization)
- Communication and stakeholder management with applicants, participants, corporate partners, other internal and external stakeholders (e.g., coordination, organization, and monitoring of our educational activities)
- Project management and administrative support: operationalizing and continuously improving our processes (e.g., project and budget planning, documentation, reporting, reimbursement, and other activities essential to maintaining an educational program).
- Students (f/m/d) of all disciplines
- You are able to think in an agile and customer-centric way and to build good relationships with (future) participants and partners
- You enjoy communicating with many different people and have very good communication skills in German and English
- You approach your tasks in a careful and structured manner and have an independent, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
- You take great pleasure in teamwork, a high degree of motivation and personal responsibility
- You are available for on-site support during events and workshops which can take place in the evening (several days per month, depending on the area of assignment)
- Experience in the following areas is a plus: methods and frameworks for innovation, entrepreneurship, personal development and/or new leadership; project and knowledge management, ideally also with tools such as Notion and/or Miro.
