As Untitled Art’s Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, brand visibility, and overall market growth in the assigned territory. This role focuses on managing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales volume, market share, and brand presence for the brewery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop and execute market strategies.
This role has a base salary for the first 90 days (see Pay Range) and then an agreed upon incentive plan would be added to the base salary.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase distribution and brand presence.
- Conduct regular market visits to key accounts to promote products, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities.
2. Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate on inventory management, product placement, and promotional strategies.
3. Account Management
- Identify and target high-potential accounts, including on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retailers, liquor stores) locations.
- Develop customized account plans to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, tastings, and brand activations.
4. Market Analysis
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account activities.
- Identify growth opportunities within the market and develop plans to capitalize on them.
5. Brand Advocacy
- Serve as the face of the brewery in the market, embodying the brand’s values and culture.
- Educate distributors, retailers, and consumers on the brewery’s products, brewing process, and brand story.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, festivals, and industry events.
6. All other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent market experience.
2. Experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in beer or alcohol sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Skills
- Strong knowledge of the craft beverage industry and passion for craft beverage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory frequently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
4. Other Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the craft beverage industry and an understanding of market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
