The Role
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales organization as an Business Development Representative. While no SaaS sales experience is necessary, a successful applicant will be extremely persistent, will be comfortable with being told 'No' on a daily basis, and will be able to execute a defined 'playbook' with little oversight. This individual will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to learn foundational sales skills while also serving as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Contacting prospective clients through various touch points (email, LinkedIn, phone calls)
- Clearly understanding and communicating Unwrap's value proposition
- Maintaining detailed customer information and records
- Setting up meetings for Account Executives

Specifically, at Unwrap we use Natural Language Processing to automatically cluster, tag, and analyze customer feedback to help product and engineering teams build what customers want. The ultimate goal is to better connect users and builders, so builders can fill the world with products people love.
