The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end performance and management of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.

About the role:
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end performance and management of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- Create and execute effective monthly and quarterly planning cycles with business and operational stakeholders
- Design, develop and maintain scalable reports to track progress towards plans
- Optimize capacity for the business by balancing operational flexibility and cost efficiency
- Oversee the population of weekly supply chain metrics and callouts
- Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with business and operations teams
- Identify/Implement capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting
- Provide critical thinking and influence cross functionally on streamlining processes
- Coordinate with finance teams to maintain and update plans
- 1 years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role, Supply Chain exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field
- 6 months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus
- Advance proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
- Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high energy/pace environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
