Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in Kentucky as a LCSW or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- One (1) year as certified social worker (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year hospital or healthcare social work
