United Prairie Bank is hiring a Mortgage Processor in our Mankato location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Mankato, MN.
Job Overview:
As a mortgage processor you will receive new loan submissions and review for all necessary requirements by working directly with lenders and borrowers requesting the documents needed for the loan closing. You will order flood, title work, and appraisals as needed and process documents to meet the projected close date.
Hourly Compensation Range: $23.25-$35.00.
Qualifications for this Opportunity:
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Minimum of one-year employment in banking or a financial institution with previous mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
