UP Health System - Marquette (UPHS-Marquette), a Duke Lifepoint Hospital, is a regional referral center and a 222-bed specialty care hospital that provides care in 65 specialties and subspecialties with 42 primary and specialty care clinics. UPHS-Marquette's major services include the Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine Center, Women's Health, Family Birthing and Pediatrics Center, Rehabilitation Center, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, and Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management Center. UPHS-Marquette offers the region's only Level II Trauma Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The Clinical Director, Family Birth Center/NICU (Clinical Director) is responsible for leading departmental operations and optimizing resources to achieve organizational goals while upholding the highest standards of patient care and quality outcomes. This role involves cultivating a culture of professional development, fostering innovation, and incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical protocols. Additionally, the Clinical Director will have expertise in budgeting, including the preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of departmental financial performance.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan or eligible for.
- 5 years' RN experience in Family Birthing, NICU, Maternal Child or comparable unit, and 5 years of management experience.
- Prior experience in a union organization is preferred.
